A large-scale general session designed for Bacardi’s Portfolio of Brands event. The production featured a massive ultra-wide LED video wall spanning the ballroom, delivering vibrant branded visuals with tropical foliage graphics to reflect Bacardi’s identity. Complementary red and amber uplighting framed the room, immersing attendees in the experience and reinforcing brand presence.
The stage environment was supported by a state-of-the-art AV package, integrating dynamic lighting, crisp audio coverage, and flawless content playback to ensure every seat in the audience had a powerful and engaging experience. This setup emphasized Bacardi’s theme of “Portfolio to Win”, creating an impactful and memorable moment for executives and partners alike.
