Levy UK + Ireland launches EICC Nourish

 

Levy UK + Ireland, the sports and hospitality sector of Compass Group UK and Ireland, has a new identity at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC).

 

Formerly trading as Leith’s at the EICC, it is now known as ‘EICC Nourish’, reflecting the strong intertwined partnership between the venue and catering partner.

 

Compass has operated at the EICC under the brand ‘Leith’s’ since 1999, when it took over the brand from Prue Leith. Leith’s has provided the food and hospitality services at the venue since its inception in 1995. The long-standing partnership is driven by Compass Scotland, the localised offering of Compass Group UK & Ireland.

 

Situated in central Edinburgh, the EICC has established itself as a premier global destination for conferences and events, with overall capacity in excess of 5,500. EICC Nourish will continue to manage all catering operations for events including conferences, corporate meetings, exhibitions, and live entertainment such as concerts, shows and special events.

 

At the EICC, the food has a strong focus on Scottish provenance on its menus, with a seasonal and plant-forward approach. Together the kitchen teams showcase sustainable Scottish produce, such as Tobermory smoked Trout, Wild Highland Venison and Cold Town Beer. EICC Nourish officially launched on 23 April with a special event at the EICC. The first event using the new name is the prestigious British Business Awards on 24 April.

The Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC), Scotland’s leading conference centre, hosted around 80,000 delegates in 2024, and the venue has contributed around £850 million of economic impact since opening its doors in 1995.
