Venue information
IMEX America takes place in Bayside, Halls B-F at Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The Mandalay Bay Convention Center complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
There are accessible elevators to all levels and to the east parking garage. Escalators to all levels are located between the main and upper lobbies.

Navigation
We use hundreds of Bluetooth beacons, to allow location-aware navigation in our show app. You’ll see familiar blue dot navigation, shortest routes, distances and transit times. Additional features are marked with icons.
Cloudtouch kiosks across the show floor also offer wayfinding.

Translation and transcription
Real-time language translation and audio transcription from Wordly.ai is available for most sessions in the Inspiration Hub. Instructions on how to use Wordly.ai on your device are available at each session. Use your device’s earphones to listen to the translation or access the audio transcription.
We offer headphones for most education sessions to reduce background noise.
Snapsight delivers real-time key takeaways both in-app and on this website, enabling you to absorb and revisit session content during and after the event. The takeaways can be translated into over 40 languages.

Circadian CoveUnwind in the Circadian Cove, a calm, comfortable lounge away from the show floor. You’ll also find well-being activities here that follow your body’s natural rhythms. Open daily from 7:30am to 5pm, next to the Bayside E/F entrance.
Resilience Room Powered by Hello! DMC, next to the Bayside E/F entrance, this calm retreat, designed to help you manage overwhelm, is open daily from 9:30am to 5pm.
Hosted Buyer LoungeOpen to all hosted buyers, this is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, charging stations and quiet corners for solo time. You’ll find it off the main foyer in Hall B.
Catering AreasOutside peak lunch hours, these spaces are available for meetings, solo work and quiet respite. Find them on the show floor in Hall B and Hall F.

Six Nook Pods in the Charging Zone (D3671) for a quick time out.

Zen Pods
Private soundproof Zen Pods in the Work Lounge, Sponsored by Official Work Lounge Partner, Zenspace. Book in advance or use if available.

Flashing images
We don’t display flashing lights or images in IMEX feature areas, such as the education areas. Exhibitor booths may feature video content with flashing images.
