Wynn Las Vegas 20th Anniversary

LAS VEGAS (April 28, 2025) – Today, Wynn Las Vegas observes its 20th anniversary, commemorated by a series of employee celebrations that have occurred throughout the month. Highlights include a gala honoring employees who have been with the Company since opening day and additional celebrations that acknowledge the more than 13,000 employees who continue to make the Company the recognized leader in luxury resorts. For the milestone, Wynn Las Vegas recognized and rewarded the contributions of its employees in several ways, including:

● An exclusive gala for day-one employees. The 1,691 day-one employees that started with the Company in 2005 were treated to an event at Allegiant Stadium on Wednesday, April 2 featuring a cocktail reception, three-course dinner, elaborate gifting suite, and a special musical performance. Wynn Resorts CEO Craig S. Billings addressed the group at the gala, thanking attendees and reaffirming the singular aspect that makes Wynn Las Vegas extraordinary – its employees. In appreciation for their dedication and commitment, each day-one employee was awarded $10,000 in Company stock for 20 years of uninterrupted service.

● A stock grant for all employees. Eligible regular full-time and part-time Wynn Las Vegas employees hired before January 2025 also received a stock award based upon their years of continuous service with the Company, including a $10,000 grant for day-one employees.

● Elevated menu options at redesigned employee cafés. Each week throughout the year, both employee cafés will feature elevated menu items not normally available. And as part of Wynn’s

ongoing commitment to providing an exceptional workplace, both employee cafés will undergo renovations in 2025 to commemorate the anniversary.

● Anniversary gift distribution. From April 9 through May 3, each employee can retrieve an exclusive specialty gift. The gifts vary by the number of years an employee has been with the Company.

● Lively back of house activations and giveaways. Throughout the month of April, Wynn Las Vegas offered activities for employees to enjoy such as games, trivia, prize giveaways, live music, and photo moments. The festivities culminated with a midnight countdown yesterday leading into today’s anniversary, inclusive of a cake-cutting ceremony.

● A short documentary film spotlighting day-one employees. Hundreds of day-one employees were interviewed over a span of 6 months, resulting in an original documentary film focused on legacy employees and their commitment to the Company since opening.
