Universal Orlando Resort: Transforming meetings into blockbuster events
When it comes to hosting unforgettable meetings and events, Universal Orlando Resort offers planners something truly extraordinary: the chance to take their gatherings beyond the ballroom and into the heart of adventure. With four world-class theme parks—including the newly opened Universal Epic Universe—a vibrant entertainment, shopping and dining district at Universal CityWalk, and fully customizable sound stages, Universal Orlando delivers immersive, flexible and highly creative venues that elevate any event.
In-park programming: Where immersive experiences create unforgettable events
Universal Orlando’s theme parks—Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Volcano Bay, and now Universal Epic Universe—offer planners the opportunity to host events in some of the most iconic and imaginative environments in the world.
Two fully customizable production sound stages at Universal Orlando offer the ultimate in event flexibility and creativity—ideal for everything from elegant dinners to elaborate programs. These blank canvases enable planners to collaborate with Universal Orlando’s event planning teams to build their vision from the ground up and seamlessly transition into exclusive, after-hours park experiences. For example, at Universal Islands of Adventure, planners can create heroic moments in settings like Jurassic Park or the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Hogsmeade.
Universal Epic Universe: Dine & Ride programs
Debuted in May 2025, Universal Epic Universe is the first major theme park to open in Orlando in 25 years. It features five imaginative worlds: Celestial Park, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk and Dark Universe. Steps from Celestial Park, the event pavilion offers space for up to 500 guests. Planners can choose from two Dine & Ride formats: For 101 to 500 attendees, guests enjoy exclusive access to awe-inspiring attractions paired with a private area to relax and dine, or for 20 to 100 attendees, groups can dine at themed venues like Atlantic, Club Jupiter, The Oak & Star Tavern, and The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant, followed by Universal Express access to one select attraction.
These immersive experiences are designed to fit in park hours and offer tailored options for dining, entertainment and branded enhancements.
Universal CityWalk
For a more urban vibe, Universal CityWalk offers private dining rooms, full-venue buyouts and customizable block parties. From the steampunk-inspired Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen to the fire-grilled fare at Bigfire, CityWalk delivers a diverse range of venues for any group size or style.
Bringing it all together
Universal Orlando’s venues are more than event spaces—they’re storytelling platforms. With options for client branding, themed décor and immersive enhancements, every event becomes a fully realized experience. Whether you're planning a small VIP gathering or a large-scale celebration, Universal Orlando Resort offers the tools, talent and settings to make it unforgettable.
