Before you head into the exhibit hall for IMEX America 2025, start your day with MPI keynote Dr Chika Stacy Oriuwa at 8:30am in the North Convention Center. Her keynote, Workplace Wellness That’s Smart for Business, explores how to build a healthier, more productive work culture.
Once you’re on the show floor, swing by the Work Smarter Lab at the Upskill Tech Bar (F200) any time between 10am and 12 noon to discover how to boost your tech know-how (and your overall efficiency) by turning smart tech tools into lasting habits. At 11: 35am, join Sheila Vijeyrasa in the Perspectives Theater at the Inspiration Hub as she reveals the secret superpower for event leaders—brave leadership. You’ll learn how to foster a culture where courage drives innovation, connection and meaningful change.
Head to the Curious Minds Theater at the Inspiration Hub at 11:45am to meet Ferdinando Buscema, Magid Experience Designer. He’ll show you how to turn everyday interactions into gold—transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary through a blend of magic, psychology and experience design. At 1:05pm, the Ideas Theater at the Inspiration Hub hosts a powerful conversation on Leading in Extreme Times. Holly Ransom chats with IMEX Group CEO, Carina Bauer, Grae Matta Foundation’s Ferron Gray, and President and CEO, Destinations International, Don Welsh, as they explore how our community can move forward—together.
Celebrate 20 years of a Las Vegas icon, the Wynn Las Vegas, with a champagne toast at 2pm at Wynn Resorts, booth C3837. Between 2 and 3pm, meet Poland’s very own Forrest Gump, Tomek Sobania, at the Poland Convention Bureau booth E1726, as he shares the story of his most ambitious challenge yet: #RunAcrossUSA.
