SITE partners with Pago to debut sustainably designed booth at IMEX America
SITE has unveiled a new sustainability-led booth at IMEX America, created in partnership with Pago and aligned with IMEX’s people and planet goals. Designed as an open and welcoming hub, the booth reflects SITE’s commitment to reducing waste, championing circular design, and creating space for meaningful connections across the global incentive travel community.
The booth narrative mirrors SITE ethos, offering a home base for members, partners and friends to meet, learn and collaborate. Warm textures and adaptable spaces signal openness, with a meeting arch area creating a room-like space and a single, high-impact graphic wall that frames the space and communicates the brand with clarity.
Pago has engineered the booth using its Pago Build System (PBS)—a modular construction approach developed for structural versatility. By prioritizing reuse and reconfiguration, PBS enables components to be redeployed at future shows, supporting circularity and reducing waste. Turret-style features at the top of the booth nod to the SITE Global Conference in Abu Dhabi in 2026. After IMEX America, the structure will be dismantled and reused at that event—extending its life and minimizing waste. This approach echoes IMEX America’s sustainability goals and practical guidance for responsible exhibiting.
Beyond this project, Pago offers design, engineering and an event rental catalog that helps organizations exhibit with lower material use. The modular approach aligns with best practice for sustainable trade show builds—from choosing recyclable materials to prioritizing rental and refurbishment over disposal.
SITE continues to advance people and planet positive practices across its events and partnerships. At IMEX America, that commitment comes to life in a booth designed to last, to be loved and to be used again, supporting the show’s goals of high waste diversion and plastic reduction.
“We wanted a booth that doesn’t just talk about sustainability—it demonstrates it,” said Annette Gregg, CEO, SITE. “Pago modular system gives us a beautiful and flexible space that we can refresh and reuse, aligning with the IMEX People and Planet ambitions and our own commitment to progress over perfection.”
