Milano, September 2025 – YesMilano Convention Bureau is the division of Milano & Partners, the official promotional agency of the City of Milano, which works to attract large congresses and major events to the city.
The YesMilano Convention Bureau offers free support to all current and potential customers who wish to organize a successful large event in Milano, a city with the energy of a global metropolis but with the typically Italian style and quality of life.
A compact city easy to navigate, an excellent public transportation network, and an urban ecosystem that has put inclusion and sustainability at the center of its civic identity: Milano is the ideal destination for hosting events that are environmentally, socially and financially sustainable. The upcoming Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics and Paralympics will represent a fundamental step in this direction, prompting further urban renewal and increasing city attractiveness.
In the MICE industry, Milano leads with value by choosing a different path: one that prioritizes quality, relevance, and resonance. Here, events are measured by attendance, yet the main benchmark is the depth of engagement, the cooperation among players and the lasting impact the events may generate.
As a local partner, YesMilano Convention Bureau accompanies you throughout the entire process of organizing the event, conference or convention, providing the necessary support and information from the planning phase to the realization phase. The YesMilano CVB team also provides business visitors with up-to-date tips and advice on food, culture, accommodation, city events, nightlife, sightseeing and much more.
YesMilano Convention Bureau boasts over 180 partners, including PCOs, DMCs, hotels, conference centers, large venues, and offers all the accommodation and catering services needed to make the event you organize in Milano successful.
Other important services offered by the Convention Bureau:
- Participation in national and international fairs, forums, missions and roadshows;
- Organization of Fam Trips to raise awareness about the destination;
- Receive RFPs, distribute them across the local territory and follow up on them;
- Room-block services;
- Collaboration in assisting the city’s various candidacies to host major international events.
Milano & Partners and YesMilano Convention Bureau
Milano&Partners is the official DMO of the City of Milano. It was created by the Municipality of Milano and the Chamber of Commerce of Milano Monza Brianza Lodi to promote Milano around the world and increase its international attractiveness.

YesMilano Convention Bureau was born in 2020 when Fiera Milano Congressi decided to merge its events structure into Milano&Partners with the aim of creating a convention bureau in strong synergy with all the economic players in the city.
